Add Asset Form Maintenance/Calibration Tab

Note: In order to view this tab, the role of the logged-in user must include the Maintenance and Calibration feature.

The Maintenance/Calibration tab provides for entering a maintenance and calibration period for an asset. When a maintenance period or a calibration period are entered for an asset, the Last Maintenance Date and Next Maintenance Date and the Last Calibration Date and the Next Calibration Date are automatically entered for the asset after a Maintenance Order is processed for the asset or a Calibration Order is processed for the asset (see "Maintenance and Calibration" for more information about maintenance or calibration orders).

Maintenance area of the tab:

• Last Maintenance Date: this field is updated when a maintenance order is processed for the asset.
• Next Maintenance Date: this field is updated when a maintenance order is processed for the asset if a maintenance period is entered for the asset.
• Maintenance Period: enter the maintenance period, in days, in this field.

Calibration area of the tab:

• Last Calibration Date: this field is updated when a calibration order is processed for the asset.
• Next Calibration Date: this field is updated when a calibration order is processed for the asset if a calibration period, in days, is entered for the asset.
• Calibration Period: enter the calibration period, in days, in this field.
